D-CINEMA, LEADERS AGREEMENT: CINECITTA’ AND CINEMECCANICA

Cinecittà Digital Factory S.r.l., a company belonging to Cinecittà Studios Group, and Cinemeccanica Spa. have sealed a partnership for the industrialization and the diffusion of integrated D-cinema systems in alternative channels.

This partnership will help meet the growing demand for cinema and entertainment product distribution in those areas where distribution was prohibited by the high operational costs of traditional distribution .

Cinecittà Digital Factory activities, recently integrated with the production and the distribution of DCPs in digital cinemas and Cinemeccanica activities, since long leader in the supply of professional cinema equipment and recently supplier of DCI compliant systems, are perfectly integrated and able to carry out the entire process of digital production and distribution.

Both Giuseppe Basso, CDF’s Managing Director, and Massimo Riva, Cinemeccanica’s General Manager, express their full satisfaction for the reaching of such an important agreement.
